Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointment Confirmation

All consultations are provided on a pre-booked basis. An appointment is considered confirmed

once payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.

Cancellation by Client

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation
    → Eligible for one complimentary reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation
    No refund will be issued.
    → One reschedule may be granted at discretion, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend (no-show)
    Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rescheduling

  • Each booking may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee or require a new booking.

Late Arrival

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation, ending at the originally scheduled time.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

Cancellation by Consultant

In the rare event that the consultant needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • Priority rescheduling at the client’s convenience.

Nature of Service

Consultations are advisory in nature only.
No sales, commissions, or purchasing obligations are involved.

Acceptance of Policy

By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
