Step 1 - Book Your Consultation
Submit your enquiry and provide any relevant information, including diamond certificates, supplier quotations, website links, photos, videos or ring ideas.
Step 2 - Consultation Preparation
Your information will be reviewed in advance to ensure the consultation is tailored to your specific requirements.
Step 3 - Attend your consultation
Join a 60-minute Google Meet session to discuss your budget, diamond opinions, ring design, supplier comparisons and any questions you may have.
Step 4 - Follow-up Support
You may submit up to three follow-up questions by email within 7 days of your consultation.
Clients may reschedule or cancel their consultation up to 72 hours before the scheduled appointment and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows are fully chargeable
If Gem Decode is unable to deliver the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

No. Gem Decode is an independent consultancy and does not sell diamonds, jewellery or receive commissions from suppliers.
2. Is this consultation suitable for first-time buyers?
Absolutely. Many clients have little or no previous knowledge of diamonds and engagement rings.
3. Can you help me compare multiple suppliers?
Yes. We can review and compare quotations, certificates and supplier offerings during the consultation.
4. Will you tell me exactly which diamond to buy?
You will receive independent guidance and professional recommendations based on your budget, preferences and the information provided.
5. Is this a valuation service?
No. This consultation is not a formal valuation, appraisal or certification service.
6. How will the consultation be conducted?
All consultation are conducted online via Google Meet or other platform.
