Send your jewellery grading report (GIA, IGI, HRD, etc.), supplier quotation, website listing, and any available photos, videos or supporting information. 

Step 2 - Professional Review

Your jewellery will be independently assessed for quality, value, pricing, and potential red flags.

Step 3 - Receive Your Report

Within 3 business days, you will receive a personalized review and professional recommendation by email.

Step 4 - Ask Follow-up Questions

You may submit up to 3 follow-up questions within 7 days of receiving your report.

Clients may cancel their order and receive a full refund before any review work has commenced. 

Once the review process has started, refunds cannot be provided due to the time and professional expertise involved in preparing the assessment.

If required information is not provided within 30 days of purchase, the order will be considered cancelled without refund.
